"He has arrived in Labuan Bajo Airport. I believe he is visiting and enjoying the beautiful tourism destination," the Chief of Tourism and Economic Creative Service for East Nusa Tenggara, Marius Ardu Jelamu, told ANTARA here on Monday.
According to Jelamu, the visit by "the Doctor" to Labuan Bajo can boost tourism and promote its exclusive branding to the global level.
Jelamu hopes Rossi can help in promoting Labuan Bajo through his social media.
Labuan Bajo has beautiful sceneries and natural beaches. The site also has beautiful coral reefs spots for tourists.
"I hope he will take pictures and videos of the tourism areas and share them in his social media. Thus, people around the world can also enjoy, and Labuan Bajo could become more famous," he added.
Tourists who visit Labuan Bajo can also enjoy safari activity in Komodo Island.
He believes Rossis visit can increase the popularity of Labuan Bajo and Komodo Islands.
The East Nusa Tenggara Province has many beautiful natural spots such as Kelimutu Lake of Ende District, Pasola horse riding culture, as well as sceneries at Alor and Rote Islands.(*)
