The toll section has been upgraded ahead of the upcoming holidays.
The toll road will be operated during the Idul Fitri holidays this year.
He pointed out that the police have anticipated several traffic scenarios to ensure smooth operations.
"Rest areas have been set up," he stated.
The infrastructure has been improved to support the Lebaran exodus.
In addition, constraints due to railway crossings at some roads have been anticipated.
"The government has established four flyovers to overcome congestion at several railway crossings," he said.
The national police will inspect the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road.
The National Police will also deploy 1,105 cadets from the Police Academy to guard the roads as well as members of the Mobile Brigade from the Central Java Police in areas prone to accidents.(*)
