"Cooperation among BUMNs is a concrete manifestation of synergy and brotherhood in the spirit of "One Nation, One Vision, One Family for Excellence", Rini said here on Thursday.
Rini was witnessing the signing of cooperation between four state companies - PT Hutama Karya and PT Semen Indonesia, PT Semen Baturaja and PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero).
Cooperation with construction company Hutama Karya, and cement producers Semen Indonesia and Semen Baturaja is on supply of cement and synergy in project management.
Chief Executive of Hutama Karya, Bintang Perbowo, said the company forms synergy with Semen Indonesia and Semen Baturaja in cement supply to support the work of Hutama Karya.
"The synergy was formed by considering the competitiveness of Semen Indonesia and Semen Baturaja in cement industry in the country," Bintang said.
Hutama Karya will uses other service of Semen Indonesia and Semen Baturaja, including in logistic service, fabrication and service in informatics system.
At the same time Hutama Karya agrees to cooperate with Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN) and PT Wijaya Karya , PT Waskita Karya and PT Pembangunan Perumahan ,in revitalization of the Complex of Hotel Grand Inna Bali.
The synergy covers development and investment through joint venture , preparation of agreement on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) scheme, and preparation of ground-breaking.
