"Today the stadium is used by the Thai national team for training at 4 pm and the Qatar team at 6pm," Bogor City Youth and Sports Affairs Department (Dispora) Chief Eko Prabowo remarked here on Sunday.
He said the Pajajaran Stadium was designated as a training ground for the football national team that was included in the Group B in the 2018 Asian Games qualifying round.
There are four national football teams from countries that are members of Grub B, namely Thailand, Uzbekistan, Qatar, and Bangladesh.
Regarding the condition of Pajajaran Stadium, Eko explained, since being renovated about seven months ago, it is now ready to succeed in the grand event of the 2018 Asian Games.
"The condition of the stadium is 99 percent ready to use, for the revitalization work is completed," Eko said.
But he added that although it has been finished, there are still preparations to be made for small things such as cleanliness issues around the stadium area.
In order to maintain the cleanliness of the stadium for the convenience of the members of the Group B national team during training, the Dispora formed a special team of `force workers` whose internal officers were Dispora to help clean up.
"This is done solely to maintain cleanliness in the environment around Pajajaran Stadium and a sense of responsibility as a good host," he said.
In addition, the force worker team will assist in the implementation of services and assistance to athletes participating in Asian Games during the exercise at Pajajaran Sport Hall.
In total, there are 50 personnel involved as force workers. In addition, the organizing committee of the Asian Games, INASGOC, also prepared all the needs of the trainees.
