Jakarta(ANTARA News) - President Joko Widodo held a friendly meeting with the Indonesian Church Bishop Conference (KWI) in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta on Friday morning.

President Jokowi, who wore a black-and-white-colored long-sleeved batik shirt, arrived at the JWI office in Cut Meutia Street in Jakarta around 8:50 a.m local time.

During the visit to the KWI Office, State Secretary Pratikno and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung accompanied the president.

The President was welcomed by the KWI officials and immediately entered the office located near the Cut Meutia Mosque.

In addition to staying in touch with KWI, President Jokowi is also scheduled to conduct a meeting with the Communion of the Indonesian Churches (PGI).

The head of state is also scheduled to meet with the Central Board leaders of the Communion of the Indonesian (Protestant) Churches (PGI) on the same day.
