Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Bahrain athletics contingent once again managed to garner the gold medal in the 4x400-meters mixed relay at the Asian Games 2018, by clocking at 3.11 minutes, in Jakarta on Tuesday.

Bahrain contingent in the match consisted of Ali Khamis, Oluwakemi Adekoya, Salwa Naser, and Abbas.

The silver medal was won by the Indian contingent, with a time of 3.15 minutes. The Indian contingent consisted of Muhammed Anas Yahiya, Poovamma Raju Machettira, Hima Das, and Arokiarajiv.

Kazakhstan won the bronze medal, with a record ime of 3.19 minutes. Kazakhstan team consisted of Svetlana Golendova, Dmitriy Koblov, Elina Mikhina, and Mikhail Litvin.

Meanwhile, the Indonesian contingent, consisting of Heru Astriyanto, Gusti Ayu Mardili Ningsih, Arif Rahman, and Maulidah, was not able to win a medal.
