The minister praised the annual competition of The Asset Manager Batch 2 organized with the objective of increasing awareness and building the mindset of asset managers.
The second contest was initiated by the State Asset Management Institution (LMAN) in cooperation with the State Wealth Directorate General of the Financial Ministry.
The event focused on improving the welfare, building a mindset, and promoting sound synergy between the Finance Ministry and other state asset managers in Indonesia.
Asset managers are challenged to guard and manage as well as optimize state assets productively, innovatively, and creatively for public welfare.
The grand final of the Asset Manager Batch 2 was organized at Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, on Tuesday (Oct 29) in which the attendees comprised Minister Mulyani and several other high-ranking officials, including from state enterprises.
Rahayu Puspasari, the LMAN president director, remarked that the Asset Manager competition was an annual event held to seek agents of change, game changers, and asset managers, who can ensure proactive management and optimization of state assets.
