The crew were transported aboard the warship's Landing Craft Utility and guarded by five units of Sea Rider from the Frog Force Command (Kopaska) of the First Fleet Command.
No special protection was worn by the crew. They were accompanied by 10 paramedics, wearing protective gear.
The Indonesian crew members who were quarantined for over two weeks aboard the cruise ship that docked in Yokohama, Japan, in connection with the spread of the coronavirus, landed at the Kertajati Airport in West Java on Sunday night, March 1.
The Indonesian citizens were transported to Indramayu Port, where they boarded the dr Soeharso-990 warship to be taken to the observation site on Sebaru Kecil Island, Seribu Islands, off North Jakarta's coast.
A spokesman, Achmad Yurianto, said 68 crew members had tested negative for the virus, while the test for one crew member would have to be repeated.
Indonesia confirmed on Monday that the first case of coronavirus (COVID-19) has been diagnosed, with two Indonesian nationals -- a 64-year-old mother and her 31-year-old daughter -- testing positive for the infection.
The two Indonesians have been quarantined at the Sulianto Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital and are reported in good condition.
