“Currently, the information being disseminated is on a limited scale to internal (members). It is still in preparation. (It will be implemented like that) until we are really ready in terms of the tools and mechanisms," Acting Head of the Administration Sub-Section for the Betawi Cultural Village Area Management Unit (UPK PBB) Setu Babakan Bayu Permana remarked.
Permana noted that his administration had until now not been able to confirm the schedule for the operational trial for visitors, as they were still awaiting a decision from the Jakarta provincial government.
"We are still referring to the latest governor's decision related to Level 3 Community Activity Restrictions, which is (valid for) September 14-20, 2021, while awaiting for further leadership directions," he revealed.
Permana said his side had provided a barcode facility to check the vaccination requirements of visitors, if Setu Babakan has conducted operational trials.
He also noted that so far, they were also preparing various facilities for tourism attractions required by the government.

Head of the Betawi Cultural Village Area Management Unit Setu Babakan Imron spoke of having made some preparations for the reopening.
"We have made all preparations, especially pertaining to the health protocol requirements, such as the installation of the PeduliLindungi application barcode," Imron stated on Tuesday, September 13.
Moreover, the local community must be the main pioneer supporting the implementation of health protocols in Setu Babakan, he stated.
“Our area is open, so we need full support from the community. We also (should) not forget, to not become negligent, because we still have to continue to follow health protocols," he emphasized.
The government has conducted operational trials for visitors at two tourist attractions in Jakarta, specifically Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) cultural park, since September 17, 2021, and Ancol since September 14.
Head of the Supervision and Control Section of the Jakarta Tourism Industry of the Tourism and Creative Economy Office, Iffan, remarked that the Betawi Cultural Village Setu Babakan had also planned for a trial after obtaining the PeduliLindungi barcode as the first requirement for tourist attractions to operate during the community activity restrictions period.
