"We will first inventory (the assets). We currently have no information (about the damage) because we are prioritizing the rescue operation," the ministry's Director General of State Assets, Rionald Silaban, stated here, Wednesday.
Silaban noted that the government will instruct relevant ministries and institutions to record and inventory all damages in their offices due to the earthquake.
The official remarked that insured state assets would be revitalized by funding obtained through the insurance claim, while revitalization of uninsured assets will be conducted through disbursement of the state and regional budget.
"We are verifying the (total damage) number. For institutions whose insurance claims have been cleared, we have contacted the insurance company for monitoring," Silaban remarked.

One of the state assets, under the Finance Ministry, that had been damaged in the Monday earthquake was the Directorate General of Taxes office in Cianjur, he added.
Earlier, the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BKMG) reported that a 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the southwestern part of Cianjur District, West Java, at 1:21 p.m. local time (UTC +7) on Monday.
According to the BMKG, the earthquake, whose epicenter was located 10 km underground, southwest of Cianjur, was felt at Modified Mercalli Intensity (MMI) V in Cianjur, MMI IV-V in Garut and Sukabumi, and MMI III in Cimahi, Lembang, Bandung, CikalongWetan, Rangkasbitung, Bogor, and Bayah.
Tremors were felt at MMI II-III in Rancaekek, South Tangerang, Jakarta, and Depok. The agency said that the earthquake had no potential to trigger a tsunami.
As of Tuesday (November 22) at 5 p.m. local time (UTC +7), the earthquake had caused 268 deaths -- of which 122 had been identified -- while 151 residents are still missing.
