Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Manpower Ministry has said that it is expecting all-round commitment, especially from the authorities in the employment sector, on the creation of integrated employment data.

"I also expect that there will be a commitment from all of us, as authorities in the employment sector. to be able to collect and provide employment data in accordance with the list of data that we agreed upon together," Deputy Minister of Manpower, Afriansyah Noor, said at the 2022 One Employment Data Forum on Tuesday.

"So that eventually, we can collectively create a single integrated employment data ecosystem among the center and the regions, among technical units that handle each manpower affairs, as well as among ministries and agencies," he explained.



The One Employment Data Forum was held in accordance with the mandate of the Manpower Ministry’s Regulation Number 15 of 2020 on One Employment Data.



The forum's tasks included establishing a list of priority data and data to be collected in the following year.

The forum was expected to come up with a list of employment data that must be made available for measuring the performance of the employment sector.



He said that integrated employment data would be vital in planning, implementing, and evaluating development program policies in the employment sector.
