"The cooperation will be extended in the future. They are also very enthusiastic about working with us," the minister stated in Jakarta, Tuesday.
Anas made the statement regarding the completion of the National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N) - People's Online Aspiration and Complaint Service (LAPOR!) program.
The program was carried out jointly by the Ministry of PANRB, the UNDP, and KOICA.
"Korea has a good track record for providing public services and responding quickly to public complaints," he noted.
He remarked that the cooperation scheme was in the review process while adding that several steps could be taken together apart from the SP4N LAPOR program.
UNDP Representative for Indonesia Norimasa Shimomura stated that the PANRB Ministry was highly committed to realizing digital reform in Indonesia.
"I am grateful for the support of the Ministry of PANRB with KOICA," he stated.
He remarked that despite the cooperation related to SP4N LAPOR having been completed in 2023, his side is still optimistic of cooperation in other fields with Indonesia in the future.
