Jakarta (ANTARA) - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin was visibly impressed by the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train, or Whoosh, due to its ability to transport people from Jakarta to Bandung, West Java, in a matter of just 40 minutes.

Amin praised the high-speed train, which operates at speeds of up to 350 kilometers per hour, after travelling for the first time on it on Thursday, from Halim Station in East Jakarta to Tegalluar Station in Bandung District, West Java.

"I felt very comfortable since I could arrive here (in Bandung) very quickly. We have to be grateful for this," VP Amin stated in a video broadcast by the Vice Presidential Secretariat's YouTube channel in Jakarta.
