We will immediately coordinate and collaborate with the relevant agencies in order to realize integrated digital services.Probolinggo, East Java (ANTARA) - State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas launched the Probolinggo City Public Service Mall (MPP) along with 15 other MPPs simultaneously from Jakarta on Thursday.
Sixteen regional heads, including the acting mayor of Probolinggo, Nurkholis, attended the launch in person, while 60 other regional heads joined the event online.
"Probolinggo is one of the cities that has the physical MPP that has strengthened its commitment to (become) digital MPP," Nurkholis said in a written statement from his ministry.
After the inauguration of the physical MPP in Probolinggo, he said that his side is committed to preparing efforts to meet public expectations.
He added that the MPP is expected to enable access to integrated digital services.
"Currently, to meet the needs of the community, digital services are in demand. We will immediately coordinate and collaborate with the relevant agencies in order to realize integrated digital services," he said.
He noted that several efforts have been made to set up a digital MPP in Probolinggo, so it is expected to be realized soon.
Meanwhile, Minister Anas praised the regional heads who were present in person at the launch and explained that the digitalization of public services will ease access for the community.
"The digital MPP is built to speed up the integration of electronic-based public services (e-services). It is to support the implementation of physical MPP, so that the services are more effective and efficient," he explained.
Anas expressed the hope that the MPP management would use the MPP Platform for the development of integrated digital public services.
"I hope that all MPP organizers can take advantage of the MPP Platform because the integrated digital public service is inevitable, along with the needs of the community for more user-friendly services," he said.
