According to Deputy Minister of PANRB Purwadi Arianto currently, seven government programs are being funded through grants from donor agency Prospera, including the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) and human resource management policy, among others.
“The main focus of this meeting is to ensure the sustainability of PANRB’s priority programs, whether funded through grants or foreign loans,” he said in a statement released here on Friday.
The meeting discussed financing schemes for three key agendas: strengthening the government performance accountability system, developing the National Public Service Innovation Network (JIPPNas), and integrating information systems to support public service performance evaluations.

“Sustainability is key. Therefore, well-coordinated funding plans across ministries are essential to ensure that bureaucratic reform runs consistently and has a real impact on the public,” he added.
According to Arianto, a joint study on the public service ecosystem and government digital transformation is currently on, which will serve as an input for the preparation of the Grand Design for Public Service.
“Most of these programs are still in the study and report drafting stages. This indicates a tangible cross-unit collaboration in support of the bureaucratic reform agenda,” he said.
In addition, the PANRB Ministry is planning two strategic cooperation programs with the South Korean government.
These include the establishment of a digital government cooperation center in collaboration with South Korea’s Ministry of the Interior and Safety (2026–2028).
They further include a joint program with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to strengthen digital government transformation policies and enhance the digital competencies of civil servants (2027–2028).
