The minister also viewed a close relationship between the government and the media as a crucial foundation for building healthy and productive synergy.
"With it, we can build synergy between the government, the media, and the public," he said during a meeting with media editors-in-chief at the Ministry of Defense office, as quoted in an official ministry press release received on Wednesday.
The minister took the initiative to convene the editors-in-chief of the media to strengthen ties between the ministry and media and to discuss various government defense programs.
He hopes that the relationship will become closer and can collaborate in the reporting sector in the future. "I hope the mass media will continue to convey accurate information, because currently there are many provocations circulating," he said.
