Qodari said he would coordinate closely with BKP Head Angga Raka Prabowo to enrich communication strategies and perspectives.
“We will coordinate with each other. We will strengthen (synergy) with Mr. Angga. Hopefully, this will allow the public to receive more insightful information and stronger perspectives, making things easier for everyone,” Qodari said at the Bina Graha Building, Presidential Palace Complex, here on Thursday.
He emphasized that public policy and communication are inseparable, policy is the upstream, while communication is the downstream process.
For that reason, Qodari committed to supporting ministries and agencies, including BKP, in effectively communicating ongoing government policies and programs.
As an institution tasked with monitoring and evaluating President Prabowo Subianto’s priority programs, KSP understands the benefits of government policies, he explained.
This information of benefits, he added, must also be shared externally to build public understanding and support.
“We work internally to help ministries and agencies improve performance and programs, but, God willing, we will also communicate externally so the public understands and gives wider support,” he explained.
Regarding the current vacant position of Deputy Chief of Staff, Qodari explained that it falls under the President’s prerogative. However, he is optimistic that KSP can function effectively with the support of deputies, special staff, and expert teams.
“In the previous term, the Deputy Chief of Staff role was also vacant for a while. However, KSP will continue to run optimally,” he concluded.
