He was accompanied by his son Didit Hediprasetyo, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
Upon arrival, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by Indonesia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Umar Hadi, and the Military Adviser to the Indonesian Permanent Mission, Brigadier General Felix Lumban Tobing.
Following the welcome ceremony, the President proceeded directly to his hotel in Manhattan, where he was greeted by members of the Indonesian diaspora, including students, officials, and representatives from the Indonesian Consulate General (KJRI), the Permanent Mission to the UN (PTRI), and the Indonesian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Ahead of the President’s arrival, several notable Indonesian officials had already reached New York, including Indonesian Ambassador to the U.S. Dwisuryo Indroyono Soesilo, Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin, and Minister for Investment and Downstream Rosan Perkasa Roeslani.
Also present were Chief Investment Officer Danantara Pandu Sjahrir, Presidential Special Envoy for Climate and Energy Hashim Djojohadikusumo, and Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Anindya Bakrie.
During his visit, President Prabowo is scheduled to deliver a speech at the General Debate of the 80th UN General Assembly and hold a series of bilateral meetings with several world leaders.
Prabowo’s participation in this high-level forum underscores Indonesia's commitment to promoting peace, strengthening international cooperation, and advancing national interests on the world stage.
