Jakarta (ANTARA) - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has reshuffled several officials within the Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim Polri), as outlined in Police Chief Telegram No. ST/2192/IX/KEP./2025.

According to a copy of the telegram received by ANTARA on Friday, several directors have been reassigned to new positions.

Brigadier General Nunung Syaifuddin, formerly Director of Certain Crimes (Dirtipidter) at Bareskrim Polri, has been appointed Deputy Chief of Bareskrim Polri. He replaces Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri, who has been reassigned as Chief of Metro Jaya Regional Police.

The now-vacant Dirtipidter position at Bareskrim Polri has been filled by Brigadier General Moh Irhamni, who previously served at the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK).

Brigadier General Helfi Assegaf, who served as Director of Special Economic Crimes (Dirtipideksus) at Bareskrim Polri, has been appointed Chief of Lampung District Police.

His former role as Dirtipideksus is now held by Senior Commissioner Ade Safri Simanjuntak, previously Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirrekrimsus) at Metro Jaya Regional Police.

The Dirrekrimsus position at Metro Jaya Regional Police, left vacant by Ade Safri Simanjuntak, has been taken over by Senior Commissioner Edy Suranta Sitepu, who earlier served as Sub-Director I at Dirtipideksus Bareskrim Polri.

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro, formerly Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) at Bareskrim Polri, has been appointed Chief of South Sulawesi Regional Police.

The Dirtipidum role has been assumed by Senior Commissioner Wira Satya Triputra, who previously served as Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) at Metro Jaya Regional Police.

Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Head of the Public Relations Bureau (Karopenmas) of the National Police’s Public Relations Division, said the reshuffle reflects organizational dynamics aimed at refreshing, career development, and optimizing institutional performance.

“Position rotations and transfers are a dynamic part of the National Police. This process supports career growth and strengthens the organization to face contemporary challenges while continuing to provide protection and services to maintain public security and order (Kamtibmas),” he said.

He stressed that the reshuffle was conducted following careful consideration and organizational needs analysis.

“This reshuffle is not merely a refreshment but also part of organizational, operational, service, and supervisory transformation to realize a precise, responsive, and trusted police force (Polri Presisi),” he added.
