Jakarta (ANTARA) - Deputy Minister of Tourism Ni Luh Puspa said the launch of the All Indonesia app simplifies the arrival process for international tourists entering the country.

"The integration of immigration, customs, health, and quarantine services into one application provides a more efficient, faster, and more convenient travel experience for tourists. This is our effort to enhance the customer experience in Indonesian tourism," she said, confirmed by ANTARA in Jakarta on Thursday..

At the launch of the All Indonesia app at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, on Wednesday (October 1), Puspa described the app as a significant breakthrough in simplifying the tourist arrival process at international airports and ports.

The app is expected to streamline the arrival process for international tourists to Indonesia, helping the country become a preferred destination for foreign visitors, she added.

"With a smoother and easier arrival process, tourists can focus on enjoying Indonesia's beauty and hospitality," she noted.

She also expressed readiness to collaborate with all relevant ministries and institutions to ensure the app’s effective implementation at all international entry points.

"Tourism cannot operate in isolation; it requires a cross-sector ecosystem. Hopefully, this step will bring broad benefits to both tourists and the local community," Puspa emphasized.

Meanwhile, Minister of Immigration and Corrections Agus Andrianto said innovation in immigration services is essential.

He revealed that 2023 immigration data showed 20 million people, both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals, entered Indonesia.

This number increased by 20 percent in 2024 to 24 million people, and from January to September 2025, 20 million people had already entered Indonesia.

"Our country's gateway is like a showcase for the nation. The first experience international visitors have will shape our global image. A modern, friendly, and efficient cross-border declaration system is what we offer to the world," Andrianto pointed out.

Besides recording the arrival of Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals, this app also integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine functions for plants, animals, fish, and their products entering Indonesia.
