The 2012 capital expenditure will be earmarked for the construction of power plants worth Rp28.654 trillion, transmissions Rp20.409 trillion and distribution networks Rp13.067 trillion, according to a PLN document made available on Friday.
Meanwhile, Rp35.87 trillion of the 2011 capital expenditure will be used for power plants, Rp29.341 trillion for transmissions, and Rp12.186 trillion for distribution networks, the document said.
The 2012 capital expenditure will originate from additional state capital worth Rp9 trillion, existing loans worth Rp15.9 trillion, new loans worth Rp18.244 trillion and internal funds worth Rp18.986 trillion.
According to the document, Rp9 trillion of the 2011 capital expenditure will come from additional state capital, Rp29.175 trillion from existing loans, Rp22 trillion from new loans Rp17.258 trillion from internal funds.
The amount of 2012 capital expenditure is based on the assumption that electrical power rate will increase 10 percent next year.
The company also has set the target of its operating expenditure for 2012 at Rp190.521 trillion, compared with Rp175.188 trillion this year.
The 2012 operating expenditure will consist of fuels worth Rp94.943 trillion, private power purchase and rent Rp28.537 trillion and maintenance cost Rp15.017 trillion.
The document said its labor cost in 2012 is projected to reach Rp15.385 trillion, depreciation cost Rp20.389 trillion, administrative and miscellaneous cost Rp5.183 trillion, and operating interest Rp11.067 trillion.
Meanwhile, operating expenditure in 2011 will consist of fuels worth Rp89.743 trillion, private power purchase and rent Rp28.063 trillion and maintenance cost Rp13.849 trillion.
The labor cost in 2011 is projected to reach Rp14.331 trillion, depreciation cost Rp15.462 trillion, administrative and miscellaneous cost Rp4.7 trillion, and operating interest Rp9.04 trillion. (*)
