"We have invited 20 mayors whose regions are located at coastal areas," North Jakarta Mayor Bambang Sugiyono said here Monday.
The festival will be highlighted with an exhibition displaying the tourism potentials of the coastal regions.
Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo is scheduled to officially kick off the festival.
North Jakarta has 12 coastal tourism destinations from Cilincing to Penjaringan.
