"Although we have prepared it, but we must make sure that before presenting it to a joint meeting, everything has been prepared well," the head of state said here on Monday during a limited cabinet meeting.
Therefore, in the limited cabinet meeting, the president wanted to check one by one so the meeting could produce the best formulation of the Draft State Budget 2012.
The draft would later be discussed together by the government and the parliament in order to agree on a definitive State Budget 2012, he said.
In the finalization process, there could be some adjustments of the proposed draft state budget normally . However, the government wanted that the concept to be discussed must be ready and comprehensive.
"Based on the experiences, there are always adjustments in the discussion process with DPR (the House of Representatives) and DPR (Regional Legislative Council), but it should begin with a good plan and appropriate agenda," the president said.
Yudhoyono said the preparations for the financial note introduction and the Draft State Budget 2012 explanations would be further discussed in the upcoming plenary cabinet meeting to be held on Tuesday (July 26).
The limited cabinet meeting was attended by among others Coordinating Minister for Political, Justice and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Rajasa, Minister/State Secretary Sudi Silalahi, and Cabinet Secretary Dipo Alam.
