Rome (ANTARA News/Reuters) - At least five people died in an explosion at an Italian firework factory south of Rome on Monday, local authorities said.

A sixth person who is still missing may have been inside the factory in Arpino when the explosion took place, authorities said. The owners of the plant are among the victims.

The ministry of Labour said in a statement it was working to establish the cause of the explosion. (*)
