With the injection of Rp300 billion in funds, the number of Bank Mandiri`s shares in BSM rose from 171.64 million to 231.64 million worth Rp1.15 trillion, Bank Mandiri Director Pahala Mansury said in a public expose at the Indonesia Stock Exchange here on Tuesday.
He said the fund injection served as an affiliation transaction based on the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK)`s regulation on affiliation transactions and had secured approval from Bank Indonesia (the central bank).
