The wind in Bengkulu waters may blow from the south to southwest at a speed of 3-16 knots.
Bengkulu (ANTARA News) - The Bengkulu Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said the height of the sea waves in Bengkulu has increased from 1.5 meters to two meters.

Such two meters high waves may also prevail in Enggano and West of Bengkulu waters, Rosyidah, an analyst of the Fatmawati Soekarno meteorology station in Bengkulu, said Tuesday.

She said the wind in Bengkulu waters may blow from the south to southwest at a speed of 3-16 knots, and the wind in Enggano water has been blowing from the southeast to the west also at a speed of 3-16 knots.

The wind in west of the Indian Ocean in Bengkulu is blowing from the east to southwest at a speed of 3-16 knots, and there may be light rain in the area.

The image of the weather satellite shows that clouds and rain covered parts of Aceh, northern Sumatra, Bengkulu, and west of Lampung.

The wind in Bengkulu has been blowing from northeast to south at a speed of 5 - 28 kilometers per hour, or from 3 to 16 knots.

She also predicted that the sky in Bengkulu may mostly be raining such as in Mukomuko and Kepahiang regencies, with the temperature ranging from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius and humidity from 66 to 98 pct.

There are three areas which may be cloudy, namely Bengkulu city, Bengkulu Utara and Seluma regencies with a temperature reaching 23 to 32 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 60 to 95 pct, she added.
