The public relations officer of the Quick Response Actions movement, M. Feri Kuntoro on the sidelines of the charity concert conducted jointly with 14 forums and tithe institutions said here on Sunday that volunteers will directly submit the results of the fund raising to Palestine.
"Some Rp50 million has been collected during the first phase of the fund raising event, and we are optimistic that the amount will increase," Kuntoro said.
According to him, two volunteers will be sent to Palestine in effort to deliver aid including the results of fund raising.
Previously, two volunteers along with two journalists have returned from the Palestine after handing the humanitarian aid, he cited.
Kuntoro said further that the next charity concert will be held in Bandung (West Java province) and Jakarta. (B003)
