Kuala Lumpur (ANTARA News) - A total of 200 Indonesian migrant workers were displaced in Malaysia after their lodging house in Aman Heights Condominium area, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, caught fire on Tuesday.

Danil Junaidy Daulay, an Indonesian migrant worker who lived not far from the fire location told Antara here on Friday that many women and children were not able to save their belongings, including passports and money.

The fire spread speedily and burnt down the lodging house of the Indonesian migrant workers.

No casualties were reported in the incident but they had no time to save their belongings, including important documents such as passports.

The local authorities are still investigating the causes of the fire. A number of victims said the fire was caused by short-circuit.
