Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is expected to receive state visits from Papua New Guinean Prime Minister Peter O`Neill, Timor Leste President Taur Matan Ruak, and Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang in 10 days, a minister said.

Speaking to the press here on Tuesday after a meeting to discuss preparations for the three state visits, Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa said the meeting discussed a number of substantial programs and issues related to bilateral relations between Indonesia and the three countries.

"It particularly discussed substantial issues since both Timor Leste and Papua New Guinea are very important for Indonesia to manage friendship relations," he said.

Presidential spokesman Julian Aldrin Pasha meanwhile said President Yudhoyono will discuss strategic issues with the three state leaders during the visits.

"Of course, they will discuss strategic issues beneficial to bilateral cooperation in the economic, social and humanitarian fields," he said.
