Nusa Dua, Bali (ANTARA News) - Vice President Boediono will open the 31st meeting of ASEAN energy ministers in this coastal resort city of Bali on Wednesday.

The ministers will discuss energy issues in the region especially energy security and sustainability.

The ASEAN ministers will also hold a meeting with counterparts from China, Japan and South Korea to be followed in the following day of East Asia Summit-Energy Ministers Meeting.

The ASEAN energy ministers will sign a memorandum of understanding on development of Trans-ASEAN Gas Pipeline (TAGP).
