The center, called RSCM Kiara, is expected to offer health services for underweight babies and reduces the risk of death among babies and mothers, according to a press statement released by RSCM Kiara.
In order to provide the required health services, RSCM Kiara is collaborating with the University of Indonesias Faculty of Medicine (FKUI) through an academic health system.
Currently, RSCM is constructing a 12-floor RSCM Kiara building to mainly accommodate patients who are holders of the National Health Insurance membership cards.
After inaugurating the center, President Yudhoyono is scheduled to receive a delegation of the Global Green Growth Institute at his office on Tuesday.
