Kupang (ANTARA News) - Four people were reported killed when floods hit two regencies in East Nusa Tenggara province.

Three people in the regency of Timor Tengah Utara and one in the regency Rote Ndao were swept by flood water and drowned, head of the regional office of the disaster control agency (BPBD) Tini Thadeus said here on Sunday.

According to the report that came late the accident took place on Sunday last week and the day before, Tini said.

Tini said the BPBD had sent relief aid to the affected areas in the two regencies.
