Capella was sent to his detention cell after an 8-hour grilling as suspect by the KPK investigators.
He is charged with receiving a bribe of Rp200 million from the wife of North Sumatra Governor Gatot Pujo Nugroho, Evy Susanti.
Evy and her husband Gatot are both corruption and graft suspects whose cases are being investigated by the attorney general office.
Capella refused to answer question by reporters when he came out from the investigation room accompanied by his lawyer Maqdir Ismail.
Earlier Maqdir Ismail said Capella, who received the money via a friend Fransisca Insani Rahesti, has handed over the money to KPK, but after the case began to surface.
Gatot said Capella agreed to talk to Attorney General HM Prasetyo, who was also a cadre of the Nasdem Party about his ase.(*)
