Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes Arminsyah stated on Thursday that his side had questioned Noerdin on Tuesday (April 26) and had planned to again interrogate him on Friday (April 30).
"If the questioning is not conducted today, it will be held tomorrow. It seems that we have coordinated with the team," he remarked.
It will be the third instance that the AGO will question Noerdin if he shows up on Friday.
The first round of questioning was related to the South Sumatra governments policy and procedure for receiving grants and social assistance worth Rp2.1 trillion for the province between 2009 and 2014.
"We questioned him on the policy and procedure. We also sought information from him regarding matters he knew and had approved," he revealed.
Arminsyah confirmed that nobody had been named a suspect in the graft case.
"Nobody has been named a suspect, and our investigators are still questioning him," he added.(*)
