The South Korean cyclist completed the 104-km road race that took place around Subang in 2 hours, 55 minutes and 47 seconds.
Chinese Yixian Pu, who finished one minute and 20 seconds later, grabbed the second place with a silver medal.
Meanwhile, the third place was won by Japanese racer Eri Yonamine, who finished two seconds after Pu.
Hosts Azizah Farchana and Yanti Fuchiyanti finished 15th and 16th, each with a difference of six minutes and 51 seconds and 9 minutes and 14 seconds, respectively, from Na.
Earlier, on Tuesday (August 21), Chinese cyclists swept two gold and two silver medals from cross country events at the Asian Games 2018.
The gold medals were contributed by Bianwa Yao in the women`s event and Hao Ma in the men`s event.
The silver medals came from Hongfeng Li in the women`s event and Xianjing Lyu in the men`s event.
The four Chinese cycling racers were too strong for their rivals at the competition at Khe Bun Hill trek in Subang, West Java.
In the women`s cross country event, Yao finished the race in one hour, 20 minutes and 17 seconds, followed by Hongfeng Li, who was four minutes and 39 seconds behind. The third place was taken by Natalie Panyawan from Thailand, clocking in one hour, 26 minutes and 11 seconds.
In the men`s event, Ma finished the race in seven laps of a 4.6 km trek in one hour, 34 minutes and 58 seconds, followed by his fellow countryman Xianjing Lyu, who finished one minute and four seconds later.
The bronze medal went to Zkirill Kazantsev from Kazakhstan, who finished in one hour, 37 minutes and 30 seconds.
"I am glad with the result," Ma said.
He said he had an advantage following the absence of Japanese racer Kohei Yamamoto in the Asian Games 2018, as it meant one main rival less.
The cyclist from Kazakhstan led at the beginning, but he was later overtaken by Chinese racers who then finished first.
Two Indonesian racers in the cross country event - Rohidah and Noviana - failed to win medals.
Rohidah finished seventh in one hour, 36 minutes and 40 seconds, while Noviana was one lap behind.
"Our competitors were very strong and this is the first time I`m participating in the cross country event," she said.
Two other Indonesian racers in the men`s event - Rafika Mokhamad Farisi and Chandra Rafsanzani - also failed to collect medals, finishing ninth and 13th, respectively.
