Kuala Lumpur (ANTARA) - Four Indonesian workers in Malaysia were killed in a bus accident near the S8 road circular next to the MASKargo Sdn. Bhd. at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) on Sunday night, April 7.

According to Chief Police at KLIA, Commissioner Assistant Zulkifli Adamshah, the bus driver lost control, following which the bus plunged into a ten-meter-deep trench.

The accident killed 12 workers—eight men and four women—and left 32 others injured, he said.

Adamshah noted that three Indonesian workers died on the spot, and the fourth died while undergoing treatment at Putrajaya Hospital at 4.30 PM the following day.

“The other victims included five Bangladeshis, two Nepalese, and a local, who was the bus driver,” he said.
