Jakarta (ANTARA) - The body of the Indonesia's First Lady from 2004-2014 Kristiani Herrawati or Ani Yudhoyono arrived at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base Jakarta, Saturday, 22.00 p.m. local time.

The body was flown with heavy transport plane, Air Force L-100-30 Hercules A-1314, accompanied by the Former President and Democratic Party chairman Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his two sons, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono and Eddie Baskoro Yudhoyono, from Singapore.

A number of ministers, leaders of Democratic Party, politicians and families welcomed the body of the Indonesia's First Lady.

After a ceremony at the Halim Perdanakusuma in Jakarta, the body will be taken by ambulance to a funeral home in Cikeas, Bogor, West Java and it is expected to arrive at around 23:00 WIB.

Ani's funeral will be held on Sunday (June 2) at around 1:00 p.m. at the Kalibata Heroes Cemetary, South Jakarta.

Kristiani Herawati, a daughter of Sarwo Edhie Wibowo, died at 66 years old, in Singapore hospital at 11.50 local time on Saturday.

Ani Yudhoyono suffered from blood cancer and was being treated at the National University Hospital.
