Bank Mandiri is scheduled to hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on Monday (Dec 9) to replace the lineups of the bank with market capitalization value of Rp332.50 trillion.

Tumilaar began his career at Mandiri in 1999 through state commercial bank Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), one of the four state lenders merged into Bank Mandiri. He last held the post of senior professional of the credit settlement team in Jakarta.
Tumilaar was the group head of regional commercial sales during the period from 2007 to 2010. In August 2009, he concurrently held the post of Mandiri Sekuritas' commissioner. In May 2010, he was appointed group head of commercial sales in Jakarta for a year.
In May 2011, he was appointed as managing director for treasury, financial institutions, & special asset management of Bank Mandiri.
Born in 1964, Tumilaar graduated from the School of Economics of Trisakti University in 1987. He received his Masters of Business Finance from the University of Technology Sydney in 1999.
Minister Thohir had also appointed former finance minister Muhammad Chatib Basri as vice chief commissioner of Bank Mandiri.
Born on August 22, 1965, Basri is currently a member of the World Bank's Advisory Council for gender and development.
Basri is also viewed as being successful while holding the post of chief of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) from 2012 to 2013.
