"The mayor has spoken to me and I have urged to prepare a contingency plan for those traders, who are the fire victims, so (the plan's cost estimation) will be calculated soon," Pranowo remarked while inspecting the relocated Johar Market that had caught fire in Semarang, Central Java, on Thursday.
The governor also urged the market's manager and head to immediately record the data of fire victims along with the amount of losses.
He also expressed optimism that the new Johar Market would soon be ready to be occupied by traders, though priority for post-fire handling should be accorded to those sellers, who have been unable to move.
"It is pitiful that some of the traders could not relocate. Hence, we must pay attention to their goods that were burnt by the fire. Mr Mayor has spoken and tomorrow, we would discuss the scheme. What is important now is that the fire has been extinguished," Pranowo expounded.
The Central Java governor also urged Semarang Mayor Hendrar Prihadi to encourage traders, whose kiosks are ready in the new Johar Market, to move immediately.

He then walked inside the relocated Johar Market that was crowded with fruit traders collecting fruits that had survived the flames.
