Indonesia sent two athletes for the men's singles and men's doubles events. However, it had to settle with one championship title, which was bagged by Pramudya Kusumawardana and Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan after defeating the fifth-seeded Malaysian pair, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik.
The Indonesian athletes finished the match in 29 minutes, with a score of 23-21, 21-10, according to the Badminton World Federation's (BWF's) official records.
However, Indonesian men's singles athlete, Jonatan Christie, was not blessed with a victory.

In his third consecutive final appearance, he lost the champion title at the Super 1000-equivalent tournament to Malaysia's ace player, Lee Zii Jia, by 17-21, 21-23.
Indonesia also managed to clinch three bronze medals at the tournament. They were bagged by Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Rian Ardianto in the men's doubles, Praveen Jordan and Melati Daeva Oktavianti in the mixed doubles, and Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo in the men's singles.
Meanwhile, China grabbed three champion titles in the mixed doubles, women's doubles, and women's singles categories.

Ace pair Zheng Si Wei and Huang Ya Qiong secured the mixed doubles title after winning the all-China final fight against Wang Yi Lyu and Huang Dong Ping.
Top players Chen Qing Chen and Jia Yi Fan added to the collection of victories after defeating the Japanese pair Rin Iwanaga and Kie Nakanishi in the women's doubles by 21-11, 21-15.
The champion title in the women's singles at the 2022 championship went to Wang Zhi Yi, who managed to defeat Japan's ace, Akane Yamaguchi, by 15-21, 21-13, and 21-19.
