"I invite young Indonesians to join the Presidential Staff School. Here, you will learn to recognize problems and learn to manage issues, to find solutions. You will also learn how complex (it is) to manage this country," he stated at the launch of the Presidential Staff School in Jakarta, Friday.
In a statement received in Jakarta, Friday, Moeldoko also expressed keenness that Indonesian youngsters should prepare themselves as great human resources (HR), so that in future, they can become quality leaders of the country.
"Young people can become great human resources if they are given the opportunity to manage different issues. The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) is a place to prepare them to become superior human beings and future leaders. The KSP provides space," he affirmed.

During his tenure as Chief of Presidential Staff, Moeldoko provided a quota of 50 percent of the KSP staff for the younger generation. He expressed keenness to make KSP a learning organization that would allow young Indonesians to gain empirical experience in state management.
The Presidential Staff School Batch I opens registration on June 16-29, 2022. After following a series of administrative selections and interviews, selected participants will join the five-day program on July 25-29, 2022.
For the first batch, the Presidential Staff School still focuses on young people living in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The KSP plans to expand the coverage area of participants in the next batch.
