"Yes, that is the president's agenda. I think, what is the problem? It is just a meeting." Mahfud MD told the media at the presidential palace here on Monday.
"There is a special team for it (the state visit)," the minister remarked.
It was reported earlier that President Jokowi will attend the G7 Summit 2022 scheduled at Schloss Elmau in the Bavarian Alps, Germany, on June 26-28.
During the trip to Europe, the Indonesian president also plans to visit several countries.
Russian news agency TASS reported on June 14 that President Vladimir Putin will meet with his Indonesian counterpart, Joko Widodo, in Moscow on June 30.

"This is going to be a very important visit. We are preparing for it now," a Kremlin source told TASS.
"President Joko Widodo of Indonesia will visit Moscow on June 30," the source revealed.
Indonesia is an important partner, with which Russia has maintained intensive political and economic ties, the Kremlin source stated.
This year, the country is also holding the rotating Group of 20 presidency and will host a G20 summit, he remarked.
Putin has been invited to participate. "We will definitely go", he said but in what format is to be decided later.
"The summit will take place on November 15-16. There is plenty of time, we will see," he was quoted as saying by TASS.
