Mecca, Saudi Arabia (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Religious Affairs has readied an online complaint service for pilgrims to register complaints related to officers' performance and services during the implementation of 2022 Hajj pilgrimage.

"We are open to criticism and suggestions regarding the performance of officers and service quality. We invite pilgrims to submit criticisms, suggestions, and complaints through haji2022.kemenag.go.id," member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Officers' Performance and Services at the ministry's Hajj Organizing Committee (PPIH) in Saudi Arabia, Syaltout, remarked here Thursday.

He noted that the online complaint channel is prepared for pilgrims and officers. People are only required to access the haji2022.kemenag.go.id link and then fill out the form provided if they are looking to register criticism, suggestions, and complaints as well as are seeking other information.

Syaltout emphasized that the Ministry of Religious Affairs is open to criticism to continuously improve its services.

"Please objectively criticize for improvements, so they can be responded to quickly," he emphasized.

According to the team member, suggestions and inputs from pilgrims or officers will be displayed on a special dashboard monitored by the team regularly. Complaints that come in will be verified on the field and then followed up to be resolved immediately.

He pointed out that the team had earlier received a complaint from a pilgrim from the Solo embarkation point regarding accommodation. The team then immediately verified the complaint, which was confirmed to be factual, and provided a solution.

The other complaint that was received is related to worship guidance officers (Bimbad).

In addition to accommodation and worship guidance, other complaints related to the officers' performance, health, consumption, and transportation services can be submitted by the pilgrims.

As a mark of appreciation, he said people, who registered criticism and suggestions that are proved to be factual, would be given a reward.
