DPR Deputy House Speaker Rachmad Gobel, who led the session, allocated five minutes to speakers of DPR factions to present their faction's views.

He suggested that the views be delivered in writing to the DPR leadership to shorten the meeting time on account of the recent COVID-19 spike in the country.

He later urged all factions to endorse the bill that was formulated at the initiative of the House Commission II into a DPR-proposed bill.
