"Indonesia must play a decisive role in global and regional peace and prosperity for all nations," Anies remarked while presenting his vision and missions during the third debate in Jakarta on Sunday evening.

He then emphasized the importance of the Indonesian President playing an active role as the country's diplomatic commander at every international event, as shown by the nation's founding fathers.
Anies highlighted the importance of supporting the Indonesian diaspora and migrant workers, recognizing their potential to bring pride to the nation on the global stage.
The third debate on Sunday followed the presidential debate on December 12 and the vice presidential debate on December 22. It spotlighted a number of themes, namely defense, security, international relations, globalization, geopolitics, and foreign policy.
