Honorary Ambassadors are individuals with social achievements who can contribute to AWC's mission and vision, especially to increase cooperation between AWC members and partners, implement medium- and long-term development plans, and develop and revitalize water projects.
On this occasion, he also revealed that as of Saturday evening, the number of registrants keen on attending the 10th World Water Forum had reached 20,121.
Meanwhile, the number of participants, including those who took part in events of the 10th World Water Forum, totaled 46 thousand.
According to the minister, Indonesia's success in achieving significant progress in infrastructure development was to ensure the availability of clean water and sanitation for all people sustainably.
Hadimuljono remarked that the effort was made to deal with urbanization, climate change, and the ever-increasing population.
"Over the past 10 years, Indonesia embarked on an ambitious initiative to expand access to drinking water and improve the safe sanitation facilities across the region," he remarked.
Through strategic investments and innovative approaches, Indonesia has also succeeded in expanding and increasing access to clean water for several communities.
