The statement was delivered by the President in his announcement of various priority government programs in his speech on the Draft Law (RUU) on the 2026 Fiscal Year State Budget and Financial Note.
"School revitalization has reached more than 13,000 schools and Islamic schools. The number of public schools has reached 100," the President said.
"The formation of Merah Putih Village Cooperatives has begun this year, 80,000 cooperatives have been formed. And by the end of 2025, each cooperative will have a warehouse, cold storage, outlets, and each cooperative will have two trucks to pick up and deliver its agricultural products," the president continued.
In the economic sector, the president stated the government is also creating a productive business ecosystem so that the rate of transactions from upstream to downstream can be felt by people at the village and sub-district levels throughout the country.
"We can feel the results now: the economy grew 5.12 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of 2025, an improvement from the 4.87 percent growth in the first quarter. More than half of this growth was contributed by public consumption, which increased by 4.97 percent," the president said.
In addition, the president also announced that Indonesia's exports grew by 10.67 percent.
"The added value from downstream processing is the biggest contributor to our strong exports. A strong economy supports improved public welfare," Prabowo said.
Those various achievements, he said, were real evidence of the government's hard work.
"This is concrete proof that, with hard work and dedication, we can fight for the well-being of millions of Indonesians. Investors' optimism and confidence in Indonesia's economic performance and prospects are high," said the president.
