TNI Information Center Chief Maj. Gen. Freddy Ardianzah said all strategic plans involving troop deployment are discussed in an integrated manner across ministries and institutions.
He emphasized that any overseas troop mission is carried out only under the President’s instruction.
Ardianzah said the plan has been discussed with the Defense Ministry and Foreign Affairs Ministry, stressing that interagency coordination is key to ensuring the move aligns with Indonesia’s foreign policy and non-aligned principles.
“TNI is ready to carry out the government’s order professionally and proportionally, while upholding peace, national interests, and international law,” he said.
