Head of the Public Relations of Polri Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir said the Bintang Jasa and Satyalancana Wira Karya awards represent state recognition of cross-sector collective work.
“The honors are stipulated under Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2026 on the Conferment of Bintang Jasa and Presidential Decree Number 13 of 2026 on the Conferment of Satyalancana Wira Karya,” he said here on Saturday.
The awards were presented during the inauguration and groundbreaking of 1,179 Free Nutritious Meal Service Units (SPMBG) and 18 Polri food security warehouses on Friday (February 13).

He said the honors were granted in recognition of the recipients’ significant service, dedication, and contributions to strengthening the implementation of the Polri MBG program, maintaining the SPPG supply chain, and supporting national policies on nutrition, food security, and public services.
The conferment reflects synergy between Polri, the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), regional governments, private partners, and community leaders.
“Polri will continue to ensure that the MBG program is implemented transparently, professionally, and on target, with the main goal of improving public nutrition and strengthening national food security,” he said.
Recipients included Bintang Jasa Utama awarded to BGN Head Dadan Hindayana; Bintang Jasa Pratama to Deputy Police Chief Dedi Prasetyo and three BGN deputy heads; Bintang Jasa Nararya to several senior Polri officials; and Satyalancana Wira Karya to regional police chiefs, senior officers, and food sector community leader Zaini Sidi.
