Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has said development in the country should have territorial dimensions as has been agreed by G-20 group.

"Our development should not be focused on only one zone or island but territorial dimensions instead," President Yudhoyono said in his address at all governors at a working meeting at the Jakarta Convention Center here on Monday.

According to the head of state, the principle of equitable development was also part of balanced growth that is currently developed around the world, including by G-20 group in which Indonesia is one of its members.

On the occasion the president told all governors, attending the working meeting, that there should no longer be dichotomization based on natural and human resources, because the success of development needed a smart approach of natural resources and technology.

The president opened the governors` working meeting at 9 am Monday was also attended by all cabinet ministers, district heads, and mayors.

After a coffee break, the meeting was continued with an explanation of Vice President Boediono about the government`s 2011 plan of action.

The title of the government`s action plan this year is, " Acceleration of Fair Economic Development, Supported by Good Governance and Central-Regional Synergy."
Based on that theme, priority of national development to be achieved by the government in 2011 includes bureaucratic reforms and good governance, improvement in education quality, improvement in health quality and percentage of drug availability, and poverty eradication.
